Each Courser sneaker is handcrafted in Italy with obsessive attention to detail, using artisanal processes and premium materials that guarantee durability, comfort, and a refined silhouette. The construction includes a combination of lightweight nubuck leather reinforced with high-performance fibers, innovative energy-returning soles, and structures that provide stability.

What is a Courser?
A swift-footed dog that hunts by sight, not by scent. Coursers are known for their speed, slender build, and graceful gait. They inspire us to combine luxury and performance into a new element of timeless charm and artisanal refinement.

With utmost care, we hand-select an ultralight 0.5mm nubuck leather for our outer layer. Through meticulous sanding and gentle buffing, a soft, natural velvet is created. To ensure a fit that blends support and flexibility, our soft nubuck is paired with a durable fabric, Dyneema, and precisely heat-bonded to create stretch-resistant zones. This fusion of materials results in an upper that provides unwavering stability and ever-evolving comfort.

At the heart of Courser lies our proprietary midsole, the fruit of relentless innovation. Crafted from compression-resistant polyurethane (PU) foam, it outlasts the durability of conventional EVA materials found in most running shoes, offering a remarkable 2-3 times greater resilience. Despite its inherent toughness, this PU foam remains lightweight thanks to Courser's innovative air-blowing technique. An enduring blend of high resilience and exceptional comfort, allowing your shoes to age gracefully without succumbing to wear and tear.

Under the watchful eye and guidance of our Italian artisans, we craft our shoes using a patented construction method. This technique ensures a more refined and adaptable fit, combining lightness and flexibility. The result is a glove-like sensation as the shoe envelops the foot, allowing it to move with confidence and freedom, as if wearing a handmade slipper.

Each incorporates a full-length carbon fiber plate, meticulously designed to precise size specifications. This ultra-light, modern marvel enhances energy return during dynamic movements, amplifying running kinetics. Even during moments of pause, its presence ensures stability. By stabilizing the ankle joint and alleviating calf strain, the plate protects against potential injuries, allowing the toes to rest naturally and securely.

The success of our use of such fine nubuck leather is due to a revolutionary fiber: Dyneema. Embraced by some of the most demanding industries, such as military, marine, and law enforcement, Dyneema is the world’s strongest fiber. It is 15 times stronger than steel, yet floats on water. It is the first bio-based ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene Dyneema fiber. By fusing our nubuck leather with Dyneema, we created an incredibly thin, soft, and pliable upper with unmatched strength and durability.
