The idea for MKA was not born in a boardroom, but in a kitchen, from a simple and profound need: to have everyday objects at home that serve as emotional bridges to our country of origin.

A mug is a simple vessel; however, the idea is that when we're drinking our morning coffee, that moment becomes: an act of memory: a daily reminder of our roots, our traditions, and our unmistakable joy; a meeting point: the beginning of a conversation, a way to share our culture with friends from all over the world; and a little piece of our land: an object of comfort that accompanies us with every sip, making the distance feel a little less heavy.
