Zenzsual® was founded by Drs. Klara Senior and Sofia Herrera, who after more than 20 years of experience as surgeons dealing closely and directly with women's health and beauty issues, discovered that there was a void between health, beauty, and sexuality. Dr. Herrera is a medical surgeon and graduate of the Central University of Venezuela. She has completed various diplomas in alternative medicine in Mexico City. She specializes in endoscopy, pelvic floor therapy, and laser dermatology and cosmetics in Venezuela and cosmetic gynecology in Argentina. She is a life coach with a postgraduate degree in clinical sexology from the United States. Dr. Herrera is one of the first doctors in Venezuela to address the gynecological field holistically, taking into account sexuality as a component of women's health. She has participated in more than 30 conferences, seminars, and events. She has appeared on the popular program "Ask Those Who Know" on Venevision, in addition to numerous appearances on national and international radio and television. Medical Surgeon graduated from the Central University of Venezuela. She is recognized for delivering a message of comprehensive care to her patients. She has training in Gestalt Psychotherapy, Health, Life, and Sexuality Coaching; a specialization in Aesthetic and Anti-aging Medicine from the John F. Kennedy University in Argentina; a master's degree in Laser from the Autonomous University of Barcelona; and a postgraduate degree in Clinical Sexology from the United States. She is a pioneer in the use of platelet-rich plasma for the treatment of vaginal dryness and laser vaginal tightening in her country. She is a Medical Advisor and ambassador for renowned brands in the dermatocosmetic industry such as Allergan, Lumenis, and Uniderma; a spokesperson for Botox in Latin America; and one of the first physicians to include Intimate Health in her anti-aging medicine clinic.

She had her own health segment on the hit shows 99.9 and Globovisión in Venezuela, in addition to being interviewed on numerous TV and radio programs, in physical and digital magazines, and by other major social media influencers.
